Hearing Instrument Specialist
Juanita began her journey as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2007, inspired by her father’s struggle with hearing loss and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others facing similar challenges. She completed her studies at George Brown College and went on to work with several major hearing aid chains, gaining valuable experience before opening her own clinic in 2016.
Certified by the Ministry of Health and an active member of the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario, Juanita brings over 18 years of experience and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional client care. Passionate about helping others improve their hearing and quality of life, she also values giving back to the community.
Juanita is a proud mom to a 10-year-old son and a resident of Clarington.
Melissa
Client Care Representative
Melissa brings over 7 years of administrative experience in the hearing healthcare field, along with 18 years in customer service. As our Client Care Representative, she is the friendly face and voice that welcomes you to our clinic. Melissa is exceptionally skilled at what she does—organized, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure every client feels heard and cared for. Her warm personality and dedication to providing outstanding support help create a comfortable and inviting experience from the moment you walk through the door.
Outside of work, Melissa is a proud mother of two wonderful daughters, and she brings the same care, patience, and compassion to her role as she does to her family life.
